Submission of Songs To FoxHill Music
Submitting Songs To FoxHill Music

OK; you've just written the perfect country or adult contemporary song, and you're wondering, 'What do I do next?'

Well, first you should copyright the song -- see the link for the U.S. Library of Congress Copyright Office in our 'Tools & Links' section. In order to file the copyright, you must have some sort of demo tape, even if it is just you or a friend singing the song with a guitar or piano.

That's the secret of a good publishing demo - DON'T OVERPRODUCE
If the song is a winner, the publisher or record company will only want to do a new recording anyway.

If you would like to forward songs to FoxHill Music for consideration, please do the following:

1. Send no more than three songs.
2. Use cassette tape or a one-off CD for recording - do not send songs on a DAT tape or reel to reel.
3. Please forward lyric sheets for all songs forwarded.
4. Please send some information about yourself - a bio with photo would be appropriate.
5. Please send your address and telephone number, so that we can contact you!

Our address can be found on the 'Contact' page of this website.

Thanks for your interest in FoxHill Music!
